Prices, charges and refund
- 100% of prices are being charged during reservation (in advance).
- Children up to 12 years are not charged per person, but you have to make sure the room type is suitable for you.
- “Paypal” applies up to a 5% transaction fee and this amount is not refunded.
- All the extra services will be paid during your stay in cash or credit/debit card.
- We will charge your card and then contact you so please make sure the bank card details, email, and phone you enter are correct.
- Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the room requires to be reserved from the previous night. Rooms are held until 4 pm on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations should be done 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day’s retention charges.
- All No shows will also attract 1 day’s retention charges.
- A non-refundable reservation fee of 100% of the reservation is billed to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation.
- By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
- Should your travel arrangements change you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to reallocate the room(s).
- Notice of cancellation of booking: providing we have at least 72 hours notice of cancellation no payments will be due. However, if you fail to notify us after this period 100% of the first night will be charged.
- If you need to cancel the booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible should this be acceptable.
Guarantee Policy
- All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit/debit card or advance payment.
- The payment cards of Visa / Mastercard / Maestro are accepted.
- Photo Identity Policy
All Guests might be requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card and Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.
