Our hotel is self-service and does not have a reception desk – here you will find detailed instructions on how to access and check in to the hotel, as well as answers to other relevant questions you may have.

ARRIVAL

  • Upon arrival at the barrier, please call +370 666 11169;
  • We have 3 free parking spaces marked with the Kaunas Garden sign. Unfortunately, parking spaces cannot be reserved. If all are occupied, paid parking is available nearby via theUnipark app.Attention – please avoid parking in spaces marked for neighbors.

CHECK-IN

  • You have received your room number and access codes via email and/or phone.
    • If you have not received the email, please check your Spam folder;
    • If you cannot find the information, contact us at [email protected] or via the platform where you made the booking. Mon–Sun 08:00–23:00 you can also call +370 666 11261;
  • Enter the front door code to access the hotel;
  • On the key boxes located on the left, find your room number, enter the box code, and collect your key;
  • Check-in starts from 15:00. If you would like to arrive earlier, this service is subject to an extra fee and can be booked here: https://shrtly.eu/checkin-earlier. Please contact us in advance before booking.

CHECK-OUT

  • Check-out time is 11:00. If you wish to check out later, please contact us to confirm availability. The service can be booked here: https://shrtly.eu/checkout-later;
  • When leaving, please drop your key into the box located next to the exit door;
  • We would appreciate it if you could leave the room windows slightly open upon departure.
